This was my first ever facial and I have sensitive skin so I was a bit nervous. Amy made me feel very assured that she would adapt the facial to my skin. The facial was amazing. My skin hasn't reacted at all like I thought it might. It feels super smooth and fresh! Can't wait to book my next one.

Amy is lovely and very professional. Made me feel very comfortable. She explained each step of the lash lift to me as it was my first time getting it done. I love the results. Highly recommend and would definitely go back.

The treatment itself is always absolutely amazing. On top of that, Donna always has a smile on her face, makes you feel comfortable and is easy to talk to. Both ladies here always offer honest and frank advice about future treatments, happily telling you if they don't think certain treatments are necessary for you.

If I could give 6 stars I would, Amy is lovely and it’s the best, least painful wax I’ve had in London. Won’t go anywhere else now!
